Urban Ed Academy is Ready for Bitcoin Tuesday

Bitcoin Tuesday is the biggest single day of charitable giving crypto and it is right around the corner on November 30, 2021. Organizations such as Save the Children, No Kid Hungry and the American Cancer Society are some of the charities that have participated in this crypto fundraising event in the past. This year has seen major growth in cryptocurrency adoption and with many market participants being able to profit, Bitcoin Tuesday allows them the opportunity to give back.

Urban Ed Academy’s flagship fellowship program, Man the Bay, addresses systemic barriers to recruit and retain Black male teachers. Urban Ed Academy has forecasted that each Man the Bay Teaching Fellow returns at least $250,000 in community benefits every year when accounting for public sector savings, homeowner income, school district savings, and greater consumption.
